Shiner Gold Clay is a water based pomade adjacent product. Meaning that unlike Pomade, which uses polymers & glues to set the style, most of the influence and hold imparted by Shiner Gold Clay is due to the bentonite(clay) mixed into the product. This gives the product the unique characteristic of being applied to moist (towel dry) hair with ease like a styling lotion, but once combed into the hair, this product begins to thicken and apply grip & hold similiar to a high hold pomade. Unlike high hold pomade, this products leaves the hair heavy and thick with a minimal amount of the Tortoise Shell Hardening Texture experienced with water based Pomades!
     ~And just like Shiner's other water based products, this product will give you hours of styling support; once the day is done, run your hair under the shower head for 10 to 15 minutes and the product disappears.
